Kathy is the Managing Partner of Compliance Services and has specialized in the field of unclaimed property since 1984.  During her 28 years of experience, she has assisted major corporations with the development and implementation of unclaimed property compliance policies and procedures, conducted compliance reviews, and managed multi-state unclaimed property audit defenses.

Kathy is a frequent speaker at unclaimed property seminars around the country and has co-authored numerous articles on unclaimed property issues.

Prior to Moyer & Osibodu, Kathy was a Senior Manager with the Thomson Reuters Unclaimed Property Group and in the former Unclaimed Property Practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP.  In both those positions Kathy had oversight responsible for the Unclaimed Property Compliance Unit. This unit provided unclaimed property compliance reporting services including due diligence mailings to major corporations. In addition, Kathy was with Prudential Financial for 16 years where she managed unclaimed property issues in such diverse businesses as insurance, banking, and securities.  Her primary responsibility was to ensure that Prudential and its subsidiaries were in compliance with state unclaimed property regulations.

Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Monmouth University.
